3D CAD modeling
Whether you have recently transitioned to working with SolidWorks or Pro/Engineer or have been using 3D software tools for a long time, we can assist at all levels. If you have a backlog of legacy drawings that are still in AutoCAD or some other 2D drawing format, we can take those drawings and create 100% accurate 3D models that you can integrate into new assemblies.
All models will be completely parametric and editable by your internal design and engineering staff. We can handle any or all of your 3D CAD modeling needs.
Drafting
2D drawings can be produced from 3D CAD models that we create or from models that you provide. Do you have a small engineering staff that is too overworked to create drawings for manufacturing? Let us do the drafting and allow your staff to focus on product design and development.
We can work with your internal drafting standards or any commonly used drawing standards. Our staff is fully trained in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing per ASME Y14.5M.
Plastic Mold and Press Design
We have broad expertise in mold and press design for anything from simple parts to parts requiring complex multi-cavity molds. We can take your designs and design the tools required to produce your parts.
